Defined Roles Responsibilities:

Development, Ideation, and Implementation of Trade Marketing Collaterals:

  • Lead the creation and execution of trade marketing materials in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Ensure collaterals effectively communicate the brand message and meet marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.

Contribution to ATL/BTL Marketing Activities and Events:

  • Participate in planning and executing Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage events, promotions, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Work closely with the sales and brand teams to integrate trade marketing strategies with overall marketing plans.

Vendor Development and Management, Retail Branding, and Collateral Logistics:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors, event organizers, and marketing agencies.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure the best value and quality of services provided.
  • Manage retail branding strategies to enhance brand presence at retail outlets.
  • Oversee the logistics, distribution, and assortment of trade marketing materials.

Monitoring of Marketing Warehouse and Conducting Field Audit Checks:

  • Oversee the operations of the marketing warehouse, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
  • Implement inventory management practices to track stock levels and usage.
  • Conduct field audits to assess the visibility and effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant trade marketing experience in any field will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best value with vendors, event organizers, and marketing agencies.
  • Openness to travel across India to guide sales teams in the implementation of collaterals and audits.
