Defined Roles Responsibilities:
Development, Ideation, and Implementation of Trade Marketing Collaterals:
- Lead the creation and execution of trade marketing materials in alignment with brand objectives.
- Ensure collaterals effectively communicate the brand message and meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
Contribution to ATL/BTL Marketing Activities and Events:
- Participate in planning and executing Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage events, promotions, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Work closely with the sales and brand teams to integrate trade marketing strategies with overall marketing plans.
Vendor Development and Management, Retail Branding, and Collateral Logistics:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with vendors, event organizers, and marketing agencies.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure the best value and quality of services provided.
- Manage retail branding strategies to enhance brand presence at retail outlets.
- Oversee the logistics, distribution, and assortment of trade marketing materials.
Monitoring of Marketing Warehouse and Conducting Field Audit Checks:
- Oversee the operations of the marketing warehouse, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.
- Implement inventory management practices to track stock levels and usage.
- Conduct field audits to assess the visibility and effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant trade marketing experience in any field will be a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best value with vendors, event organizers, and marketing agencies.
- Openness to travel across India to guide sales teams in the implementation of collaterals and audits.
