About the Role

As a General Manager - Key Accounts you’ll play a crucial role in the sales and distribution of alcoholic beverages to key accounts such as bars, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments where alcoholic beverages are served. This is a national-level role where you’ll be managing a team of on-premise sales force to drive sales and growth of our brands.

What you will do day to day?

• Sales and Promotion: You’ll work to increase sales of the company's alcoholic beverages for on-premise outlets. This will involve developing and executing sales strategies at several levels and managing timely collections as well. Also, you’ll be responsible for managing budgets related to marketing and executing promotional activities.
• Account Management: You are responsible for developing relationships with key on-premise accounts.
• Inventory Management: You’ll make recommendations to manage the inventory of alcoholic beverages and provide guidance on ordering, pricing, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activity is crucial. You’ll gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.

What are we looking for?

• Horeca Sales Experience is a must
• Qualification: Graduation in any domain
• Experience: 8+ years in similar industries
• Outstanding organizational and sales skills
• Excellent communication and the ability to understand the customers’ needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and intense environment
• You must have in-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including various brands, types, and categories
